Under the general supervision of the Director of Residential Services, this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day residential operations and helping in Activities of Daily Living and the Personal Care needs for a 16-bed Specialized Residential Campus. This role will directly supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and ensure adherence to facility and corporate protocols. The candidate will also ensure the implementation of medical and clinical plans of care. Duties will also encompass medication administration, oversee medication cart organization, managing medical supply inventory, fulfilling documentation requirements, and completing other duties assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervision/Management Role and Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee, supervise, and help train residential staff on residential patient care.
- Assist on the floor as needed with residential patient care.
- Oversee assigned duties and responsibilities of staff members and monitoring performance.
- Develop a monthly recreation calendar for residents for community-based outings and on campus activities.
- Assist in running monthly staff meetings.
- Conduct performance evaluations alongside the Director of Residential Services and provide feedback to staff members.
- In collaboration with the Director of Residential Services, maintain and help develop processes to ensure a high level of resident care and build structure within each unit.
- Ensure timely submissions of progress notes to Revenue Cycle Management
- Participate in the On-Call rotation – as needed.
- Medication Administration
- Ensure Vitals are documented/available to Treatment Team
- Documentation management
- E.H.R. Fax Queue Management
- Weekly Cart Count
- Collaborate with other medical and clinical team members and other functional leadership to manage
Education Requirements
- Required: High School Diploma or higher
- Preferred: Graduate/Certificate from Medical Assistant Program
- Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Working knowledge of patient care
- EMR Data Entry skills and computer knowledge
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license
