Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk operations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, providing support to other departments when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices with a strong understanding of clerical procedures.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
