What Work You Will be Responsible For:  

• Perform Director level tax provision (ASC 740) and compliance review along with tax consulting and planning for multi-national corporations.

• Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients and signoff for federal, State and local corporate tax returns.

• Be able to assist EA audit group with tax provision review of public and private companies with annual and quarterly filings.

• Handle client consultations on planning opportunities and changes in tax law

• Working on proposals and assisting in developing new business along with getting involved with industry and networking organizations.  

• Meeting prospective clients and developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Manage, train and develop staff .  Participate in the performance review process

Basic Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

• CPA, EA or JD

• 5 years of supervisory experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:  

• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions

• Experience working with large corporate clients

• Master’s Degree in Tax

• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
