Location: 3680 E Imperial Hwy #200, Lynwood, CA 90262
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, any weekday
Eisner Health (FQHC) is seeking an experienced OB-GYN Clinician who will provide services to underserved communities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an established collaborative practice with CNM support. The OB-GYN Clinician will participate in a mission driven practice. Incumbents in this position are expected to support Eisner Health’s strategic plan and will be responsible for two major aspects of the various evidence-based practices: ensuring fidelity to the various models, and overseeing outcome data. Eisner Health provides multi-generational care in an environment that promotes excellent support services.
Job Duties:
- Be physically present at the clinic for the duration of the time that the physician is on duty and available to perform the services listed below.
- Provide the full scope of out patient obstetric and gynecologic services.
- Participation in the life of the clinic: service on committees, peer review, and multidisciplinary activities.
- Supervise and consult with Certified Nurse Midwives and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners who are part of the EPFMC OB team.
- Willing to coordinate with in-patient providers to provide warm hand off and continuity of care.
Position Requirements:
- A valid license to practice medicine in the State of California.
- Medical Spanish helpful.
- Board Certified preferred.
- DEA certified.
