We have an exciting opening for a Coordinator of Events & Conferences in our Marketing Department. The Coordinator of Events & Conferences is a New York City-based position, responsible for event and conference needs, from idea generation through post-event follow up.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Set up and break down local events
- Manage giveaway inventory and closet
- Coordinate all items being shipped out for events
- Coordinate items returned from events (counting collateral, giveaways, and other items being returned after event)
- Registration support
- General event logistics, as appropriate
- Compile and manage specific event lists (in Excel, Netsuite, Act On, and/or Regonline)
- Follow-up with EisnerAmper contacts with the status of their invite lists on an event by event basis
- Set-up event invite in Act On, Outlook, and/or Regonline
- Schedule follow-up emails to all unregistered
- Schedule reminder emails to all registered
- Check sent reports and follow-up on undeliverable emails with the EA contact person
- Set-up event posting on website
- Administer webinars; manage content as appropriate, manage technology, support speakers
- Other office, industry and event projects as they arise
