We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join out team in the Birmingham, AL office. The Marketing Coordinator is essential to the marketing department's efficiency and is tasked with orchestrating and overseeing new project inquiries and assuring their successful completion. This role calls for superior organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the competence to manage several assignments simultaneously in a vibrant environment.

Project Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project requests coming into the Affordable Housing marketing department.
Discuss with supervisor, coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Event Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for conference organizers, managing sponsorship arrangements, booth assignments, and other logistics.
Ensure timely registration and coordinate the attendance of firm representatives.
Event Logistics and Material Preparation:
Organize and oversee the packing, shipping, and return of event materials, such as booth displays, promotional items, and branded merchandise.
Conduct an inventory of returned materials post-event, ensuring they are accounted for, organized, and replenished as needed for future use.
Troubleshoot any on-site challenges during events, providing quick and effective solutions.
Event Marketing and Branding:
Help Develop and execute event-specific marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and engagement at conferences.
Coordinate the creation of branded marketing materials, including brochures, banners, giveaways, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with the firm's brand guidelines.
Partner with the corporate content team to promote event participation on social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:
Gather feedback from attendees, partners, and stakeholders to evaluate the success of the firm's participation.
Track and report on event performance metrics, such as lead generation, attendee engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an accounting, financial services or a professional services firm
Proven experience in project management, marketing coordination, or similar.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
