EisnerAmper is seeking a Real Estate Private Equity Implementation Manager to join the Business Applications team of our Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. What Work You Will be Responsible For :
This is a hands-on role, requiring knowledge of Yardi, Yardi's Investment Management platform, fund accounting, private equity real estate, and technology implementations.
Development and ongoing support of the accounting and investment management real estate technology platform.
Reporting to the SVP of Business Application Strategy, the position is responsible for the ownership of all client onboarding projects, leading implementations by directing the work of accounting teams, business analysts, and technology developers.
Assist in the design and development of application and data integrations in support of the evolving real estate application environment across fund accounting, treasury management, investor CRM, operations, and business intelligence.
Work with multiple fund accounting, treasury, and investor relations teams and technology resources.
Become a subject matter expert in our products and digital strategy; not just managing projects but also championing and advising on our solutions.
Manage implementation projects from inception through delivery across fund teams, aligning deliverables with timelines and resources with project work.
Maintain project documentation ensuring it accurately reflects projects status, issues, and resolutions.
Manage implementation onboarding tasks, driving progress across teams
Assist with creating integrations between the Yardi application and other products and services of EA RESIG
Help drive adoption of new tools and business processes across user community.
Communicate effectively across project stakeholders, including accounting users, application developers, business partners, and senior management
Keep abreast of Yardi application technical enhancements and new functionality by working with internal and vendor resources.
Help evolve EA RESIG's reporting and data strategy framework and investor / operational / management reporting services.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Technology implementation and fund accounting experience
5 years of experience with Yardi Voyager Investment Management.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Demonstrated proven success in project management roles
5 years of experience in the private equity real estate industry
Technology implementation background with strong technical skills in business process analysis, and requirements gathering
Can pivot quickly and are comfortable quarterbacking teams
Experience managing and directing resources that do not report to you directly
Intuitive problem solver
Communicate effectively across multiple audiences.
At ease with large data sets in Excel
Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
Comfortable operating with multiple deadlines
