Job Description :
We are seeking a strong Axiom Reporting & Analytics Developer with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience including 3 years of handson experience with the Axiom Reporting & Analytics Tool to join our team in Phoenix Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing optimizing and maintaining regulatory reports and analytical solutions using Axiom. This role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support datadriven decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop maintain and enhance regulatory reporting and analytics solutions using the Axiom Reporting & Analytics Tool.
- Design and implement Axiom configurations including data sources portfolios aggregations report templates dashboards workflows and controls.
- Work closely with business and compliance teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into Axiom solutions.
- Ensure data integrity reconciliation and report accuracy in compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines.
- Build analytics dashboards and visualization solutions within Axiom to provide insights for financial and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with database and ETL teams to extract transform and load (ETL) data for reporting and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Axiom reports and analytical processes for performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Basel CCAR Liquidity Risk FINREP COREP FR Y14 and other regulatory frameworks.
- Document technical specifications workflows and best practices and provide user training if necessary.
