Job Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst III with strong experience in process documentation, automation, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize business processes while ensuring seamless communication between business and IT teams.

Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Expertise in process documentation, automation, and digital transformation.
• Prior experience with Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, and Salesforce PRM.
• Knowledge of Google Suite of Productivity Tools.
• PMP or SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to write User Stories and translate business requirements into development-ready tasks.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints.
• Demonstrated experience working with Partner, Channel, and Distributor processes such as Partner Onboarding, Deal Registration, and Partner Programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recognize cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Duties:

• Engage with Product Managers to gather, document, and refine product requirements.
• Assist in documenting cross-functional business requirements and develop user stories for development teams.
• Define and standardize processes and playbooks to improve efficiency in decision-making.
• Build consensus among cross-functional leads on business requirements.
• Capture tactical and strategic product goals mapped to organizational metrics.
• Define key business processes, identifying external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business.
• Partner with the QA team to implement automation strategies for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing.
• Work with business partners and product managers to define and manage UAT execution and coordinate between business testers and IT development teams.
• Document test results and ensure timely execution and sign-off of test scenarios.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, and methodology development.
