We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow and business process analysis.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).

Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.

Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

Design and implement process automation and solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOM, Service Catalog, ITAM) and clients to gather and refine requirements.

Provide ServiceNow expertise to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
