ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Day1 Onsite : Austin, TX

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient business processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow and business process analysis.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).

• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.

• Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

• Design and implement process automation and solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOM, Service Catalog, ITAM) and clients to gather and refine requirements.

• Provide ServiceNow expertise to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and best practices.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.

• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
