This role requires proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL, Visual Studio, and Database Management .
Key Responsibilities :
- Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements for system implementation.
- Serve as a business subject matter expert and provide a link between technical and business teams.
- Lead system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support .
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Utilize tools to define requirements and documentation.
- Analyze system efficiencies, enhancements, and automation opportunities.
- Assist in developing use cases and collaborate with IT learning organizations to create training documentation.
- Provide user training and support.
