Shop Operations Support Associate

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to support and assist the production function. This involves performing various duties including:

\
• Reading and interpreting drawings/diagrams/prints, and daily work instructions;
\
• Operating various shop tools such as impact drills, socket wrenches, hand grinders, hoists, etc.
\
• Using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and other measuring devices proficiently;
\
• Communicating effectively with supervision and fellow employees;
\
• Working both independently and as part of a team depending on projects;
\
• Promoting safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment.
\
• Promoting the company culture, mission, and vision, and core values.
