IT Infrastructure Support Technician
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Technician with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience. This role will primarily focus on supporting the IT infrastructure, performing hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, while also handling racking and stacking of network equipment within the data center.
Windows System Administration:
Windows Server Management – Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
System Security & Patch Management – Implement security policies, perform patch updates, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Backup & Disaster Recovery – Manage system backups, recovery procedures, and ensure business continuity planning.
Troubleshooting and Break fix activity– Diagnose system issues, resolve software/hardware failures in timely manner.
Network Administration:
Network Infrastructure Management – Configure and maintain switches, routers and access points to ensure stable and secure network connectivity.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
Rack, Stack, and Cabling in Data Rooms or Datacenters
Experience in physical setting up, organizing, and maintaining network/server racks, including structured cabling and hardware deployment in data center/ data room environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage network projects, upgrades, and installations
