Job Responsibilities
- Support internal Employees and IT Staff for any technical issues on MDM.
- Deploy new instances of MDM software such as Workspace ONE Airwatch, JAMF and InTune.
- Administer MDM software to ensure configurations are appropriate to our requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with MDM software and how mobile devices interact with it.
- Configure and deploy supporting solutions such as security apps and platforms
- Provide necessary technical documentation, occasionally creating it if needed
- Maintain a high level of expertise in mobile technology platforms and emerging solutions
- Serve as technical liaison to vendors for products and user support issues.
Desired Skillse
- tExperience with enterprise mobility platforms such as AirWatch, InTune, Workspace ONE with MDM or EMM certifications such as VCP desired
- .Working knowledge of enterprise IT systems such as Active Directory and network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, and WiFi, as well as experience integrating MDM platforms into these technologies
- .Good understanding of mobile security strategies and products
- .Experience with Apple iOS, Google Android, and Windows Mobile/CE Operating System
- sStrong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- .Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisio
- nExcellent skills in Microsoft Office Suit
- eAbility to build strong rapport with users at all level
