We are seeking experienced painters to join our hardworking and fun team, you will be responsible for painting newly constructed homes and residential repaints.

This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 3-5 other painters, helping to bring life and color to homes in the Lee County area. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, will be key for your success in this role. You should also have good knowledge of painting techniques and tools needed in painting and possess the necessary skill to produce high-quality finished product.

Responsibilities:

  • Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Complete necessary preparation tasks such as sanding, filling, and cleaning surfaces to ensure they are smooth and free from debris.
  • Use industry-standard equipment and tools to apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to the surfaces of newly constructed building.
  • Work with supervisor and other team members to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Use color-matching techniques to ensure painted sections match the surrounding areas.
  • Conduct inspections of work areas at the end of each day to ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are stored safely and securely.
  • Ability to work with prep equipment, brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
  • Be willing to drive from job to job ( Most jobs are located in Lee county)
  • Ability to be self-efficient when left unsupervised on small tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to tolerate outside weather conditions.
  • Preferred at least 2 year of experience. ( must have experience with spraying doors and trim)
  • Must have your own everyday painting tools ( brush, roller, spatula, nail setter, etc) .
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation .
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs or 5 gallon paint buckets.
  • Work Schedule is Monday thru Friday. Guaranteed 40 hours. Occasional Overtime. (30 min lunch break)
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Weekly pay.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $22
