A full-service Business Law firm with offices in Miami is hiring for a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team.
Must have the following :
- Previous experience working in complex business litigation law firm
- Federal Court experience is required
- Expert writing and research skills
- At least 3 years working in Commercial Litigation Law
- FL Bar license in good standing
- Full cycle litigation experience and an understanding of the FL laws and procedures
- A desire to want to grow and learn on challenging cases.
- Cross-border litigation experience is a plus!
