Job Summary :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Coordinate activities of Team Members engaged in Prestressed Concrete Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance
- Review requests for repair and complaints, prioritize work schedule, recommend solutions and facilitate repairs
- Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance, and review progress of assignments and complete required paperwork when necessary
- Communicate with Day / Night Shift Supervision daily
- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
- Must support our safety program at all times.
- Other duties assigned as needed
Monday Friday Day and Night Shifts
Ability to work flexible shifts which includes weekends, overtime and some travel.
