Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and dining utensils.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately process payments.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
