Description

EK Health Services Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales efforts! As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth, enhance market penetration, and align with our mission to deliver innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions. This position will be a "player/coach" role.

  

Work specifics: Full-time exempt position, regular travel required within USA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales target through strategic leadership to the sales organization, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with EK Health Services      Inc.’s business objectives. Tailor strategies to different regional markets to maximize revenue across the nation.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales teams to ensure alignment, and achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure success in delivering EK Health’s value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize the sales process across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the healthcare industry.      Provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the CEO and executive team. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams at EK Health Services Inc. to ensure that sales strategies are integrated with broader company objectives. 

Pay and Benefits:

  • Base pay $150K-170K annually
  • Quarterly commissions based on revenue generated

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to sit most of the day. Candidates must be able to use a keyboard most of the day. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. Candidate must be able to provide and confirm safe home office environment. Home office must be HIPAA compliant.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
