Duties

- Provide ostomy care and support for patients with disabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge planning.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.
- Assist with procedures such as CT scans and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and patient care techniques.
- Knowledgeable in ambulatory surgery center protocols.
- Experience working with hospice palliative medicine is a plus.
