We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Perform catheterization and catheter care for patients as required.
- Assist with dialysis procedures for patients needing renal support.
- Utilize neonatal ventilators for patients requiring respiratory assistance.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, including outpatient care strategies.
- Support patients with disabilities by adapting care approaches to meet their unique needs.
- Engage in health coaching to promote wellness and recovery among patients.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in catheterization techniques and catheter care practices.
- Knowledge of neonatal ventilator operation is highly desirable.
- Experience in outpatient care settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $72.00 - $80.00 per hour
