Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous medications and therapies according to established protocols and physician orders.

- Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed for laboratory testing.
- Educate patients and families on medication administration, potential side effects, and health coaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, medication administration, and infusion therapy outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols during all procedures.
- Participate in the training of new staff members and contribute to ongoing professional development within the nursing team.
Skills
