We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and lab results.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical unit is preferred but not required.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Pay: $63.87 - $76.25 per hour
