Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct various laboratory tests including blood sampling, venipuncture, and DNA isolation to support patient diagnosis.
- Perform assays using techniques such as ELISA and flow cytometry (CT) to analyze biological samples.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure proper data management practices are followed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory results and provide insights based on physiological knowledge.
- Participate in research laboratory activities, contributing to ongoing studies and experiments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in the maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Experience
- A degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with blood sampling techniques, venipuncture, and data management systems is essential.
- Experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, and other relevant laboratory techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of physiology and its application in clinical diagnostics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
