Duties

- Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort during the blood draw process and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient information is recorded and communicated effectively.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and procedures related to specimen handling and laboratory practices.
- Stay updated on laboratory techniques and advancements in phlebotomy practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to phlebotomy and laboratory processes.
- Familiarity with patient care principles and the ability to provide exceptional patient service.
- Understanding of physiology as it relates to blood collection techniques.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including blood sampling methods.
