Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status by reviewing medical records and conducting physical examinations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including suture procedures and botulinum toxin treatment.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including ostomy care, ventilate management, and dementia care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, home care practices, and the use of durable medical equipment (DME).
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment in medical records.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed to support various healthcare facilities.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in patient care settings.
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
- Experience in specialized areas such as dementia care, ostomy care, or ventilate management is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
