Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. Our Emergency Room is a Level II Trauma Center, and you will play a crucial role in the assessment, treatment, and support of patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine immediate medical needs.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection processing for laboratory testing.
- Document all medical information accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge planning for patients.
- Assist in the management of patients with various conditions, including those related to ophthalmology and occupational health.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the emergency department.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in emergency nursing.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in an emergency room setting or critical care preferred.
