Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including critical care needs and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management, including occupational health and infant care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations in all aspects of patient care.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse license is required.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with critical care, cardiac catheterization, internal medicine, and medical office procedures is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations are essential skills for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.
