We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our Dallas and Houston office. As an Audio Visual Manager, you will be responsible for the overseeing the day to day operations of both offices. You will work closely with clients to ensure their audio visual needs are met and be responsible for the growth of the territory
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of audio-visual technicians and specialists.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes for AV operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the division.
- Possess a strong understanding of audio-visual technology, equipment, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the AV division, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Develop relationships with Clients and Partners
- Schedule and run weekly scheduling meetings
- Schedule weekly job cost meetings with PM’s
- Work on strategy to grow the revenue for both offices
- Oversee sales division and coach sales reps
- Assist with the design of AV systems for Clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their audio visual requirements and provide recommendations
- Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in the AV Field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
