The CIAM Deployment Engineer will work with the Customer Identity Access Management team, the IDaaS Provider, and other technology teams and vendors to engineer the microservices based platform to support wide customer identity access management. Included responsibilities for this role are augmenting the microservice platform and ensuring that the services meet performance expectations. Researching, trouble shooting and addressing issues that inhibit the ability of the microservices platform to meet expectations are also responsibilities of this position. The CIAM Deployment Engineer will support the testing of the code as it migrates from Development to QA.
The CIAM Deployment Engineer will:
Augement the microservice layer to integrate with additional platforms and services
Monitor and address latency or issues with the CIAM microservices platform
Assist CIAM team in compiling CIAM microservices platform Runbook
Socialize Runbook with Production Support Team and where applicable with ForgeRock
Lead CIAM microservices platform production support dry run exercises
Identify service degradation or issues and address, troubleshoot and escalate as appropriate.
Assist with testing of microservices in DevOps environment.
Build out the CI/CD pipeline in Azure.
Qualifications :
7 years of experience with NodeJS, Java, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages
2 years of experience in cloud deployments, CI/CD pipeline tools and service integrations (Azure preferred)
2 years' experience with SIEM tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk
3 years of experience with RESTful and Event Driven API Gateways
3 years' experience with cloud architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS)
2 years' experience with IDaaS software (ForgeRock, Ping) preferred
Experience with compliance and security regulations including SOC2 and NIST 8000-63A preferred
Experience with containerization (eg. OpenShift, AKS, etc.) cloud technologies, in particular Azure, and testing tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
Domain knowledge in Financial Service industry or Information Security is desirable
BS Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
