Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Clinical Supervisors employed prior to 1 / 1 / 17 who have not obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are required to obtain BSN within 3 years from 1 / 1 / 17.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- ANCC recognized specialty certification upon hire (or within 1 year of hire). For clinical supervisors hired prior to February 16, 2022 who have not obtained an AACN recognized specialty certification, must obtain within 1 year from 2 / 16 / 2022.
- 1 year recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in OR.
- 1 year Charge Nurse / Relief Charge Nurse experience.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS [note : bold skills and certification are required]
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
1 year Charge Nurse / Relief Charge Nurse experience.
1 year recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in an OR
