We are offering this position as temporary over the Summer with potential to become full-time.
HR Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to Humana Resources Department.
Typical daily activities include communicating with applicants and new hires, assisting in set-up for orientation, onboarding new employees, and relieving front desk staff.
To be successful in this role, you need to be
- outgoing and relational
- organized and a self-starter
- have great computer skills with most common online apps
- be kind but efficient with visitors and on the phone
To really knock it out of the park, you should
- be or become proficient using ADP, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR-specific tools.
- Have experience using CRM applications.
- Be a Zoom wizard.
Salary : $35,200 - $44,600
