About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies : Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB are looking to recruit a Site Administrator for our Wendover Site.
Your main responsibilities within this role will include ensuring systems are up to date with requisitions, delivery tickets etc. We will also require your support with Time Allocation sheets which are completed on a weekly basis.
We may need your support on our reception desk from time to time and you will also be responsible for the management of meeting rooms and the Microsoft Teams functionality of these rooms. Stationary and office consumable management will be an essential part of the role which is imperative to the smooth running of the office / site.
You will provide support to the Office Manager and also the project management teams when required. We will also expect you to assist with the upload of documentation to our document management systems.
About You
- Experience in an Administration role
- Knowledge of Document Management systems
- Microsoft Office suite
- Communication skills at all levels
- Time Management to work to deadlines
- Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail
- Good organiser and collaborative working essential.
- Must have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle
