- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide HR guidance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred, but not required): SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred (to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce).
