Pediatric Home Health Aide | Reading, 19608
Hours Available: 18h/w
Days: Monday and Friday school/non-school days
Shift: 1st shift; 7a-4p
Do NOT apply if you do NOT have an active CNA certification or CANNOT prove you participated in a 75-hour aide training program through an accredited institution. We do not provide CNA training program.
Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

Accurately follow an individualized plan of care

Monitor all aspects of a patient’s care

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, * implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients

Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications
-
Current credentials as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or having completed a valid Home Health Aide training program

Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)
-
FBI and Childline Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
-
Recent two-step Tuberculosis test
