Days: Monday thrur Friday school/nonschool 7:30a-2:30p and 2:30p-9:30p 

Days: e/o Saturday and Sunday 11p-7a

Do NOT apply if you do NOT have an active CNA certification or CANNOT prove you participated in a 75-hour aide training program through an accredited institution.  

Ideal Candidates will be expected to: 

• Accurately follow an individualized plan of care 

• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s care 

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, * implement, and evaluate patient care plans 

• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients 

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications 

• Current credentials as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or having completed a valid Home Health Aide training program 

• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult) 

• FBI and Childline Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed) 

• Recent two-step Tuberculosis test
