Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) | Lock Haven Hours Available : 50 High-tech patient training provided Pay Rate : $25 / hr7 nights a week openShift : 8 : 00p to 4 : 00a Not obligated to work every weekend
Ideal Candidates will be expected to :
- Follow an individualized home health plan of care
- Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record
