Responsibilities :

- Program Manager complex, multi-disciplinary Network engineering projects using your engineering expertise. Plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
- An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
- Oversee high-impact projects, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Program Manager complex, multi-disciplinary Network engineering projects using your engineering expertise. - Serve as the single point of contact for assigned engineering teams as program manager, project manager, or scrum master depending on assignments
- Lead and manage multiple programs and projects and activities of varying methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), types, and sizes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are accomplished according to plan
- Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including detailed project work plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication.
- Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.
- Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
- BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 10 years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
- PMP or CSM Certifications.
- This position requires strong communication, project management, and Agile skills.
- Experience managing corporate network redesigns from start to finish.
- 10 years' experience leading complex engineering programs and projects.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail.
- Understanding of software and infrastructure engineering technologies (data center, compute, storage, network, database, cloud, devops, infrastructure as code, front/back-end development, security, etc.)
- Technical depth in corporate networks (backbone, ISP, bandwidth, etc.), architecting, WAN/LAN, network reliability, etc.
- Ability to effectively summarize status and communicate with senior leadership.
- Adaptable performer who can lead effectively with a lot of ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects independently.
- Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete
