What You’ll Do:
✅ Leasing & Resident Relations – Manage leasing efforts, renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction.
✅ Financial Management – Collect rent, track expenses, and assist with budgeting/reporting.
✅ Maintenance Coordination – Oversee maintenance requests, conduct inspections, and ensure timely repairs.
✅ Property Operations – Enforce lease agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate.
✔ Proficiency in AppFolio (or similar property management software).
✔ Strong communication & customer service skills to build resident relationships.
✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local property regulations.
✔ Ability to multitask & work independently in a dynamic environment.
