We’re seeking a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations. Your chief responsibilities will include interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components. Ekō Solutions LLC creates material handling equipment, outdoor dining patios, container homes, offices, and fabrication of structural metals. This position will complete all the necessary fabrication tasks (CNC Cutting, Welding, and Fitting) to create structures. This position will work with high tech robots in training the “Cobots” to weld. No Experience in robotics necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts. CNC Plasma Cut and MIG Weld small and large components such as Carbon Steel Tube and Plate. Use specialized machinery for CNC Cutting, welding and oversee machines that perform the same job. Correctly fit and fixtures components and parts to accurately weld and complete assemblies. Maintain and repair all machinery. Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes. Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

EDUCATION:
· High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
· Welding Experience or education.
TRAINING:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fabrication.
SKILLS:
· Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
· Outstanding attention to detail.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Impeccable attention to detail.
· Ability to plan and coordinate effectively.
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
