Opportunity Details

Daily Schedule : Full Time

  • Monday- Thursday : 8 : 00 a - 5p
  • Friday : 8 : 00a - 1 p

Location : 3020 Charles St., Rockford, IL 61108

Practice Details : We have 6 fully functioning operatories, 1 RDH, and 2 DA’s.

Compensation : We offer a daily guarantee during your initial credentialling period. After your ramp up period, you will earn 32 – 36% of your personal collections!  Each month, we review your performance & reward you for reaching various goals.  We are focused on patient care over production metrics but understand that you deserve to be well-compensated for your hard work.

    • Qualifications :

  • You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
  • A valid & active Illinois dental license that is in good standing.
  • A passion for providing comprehensive and quality dentistry.
  • Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Experience with Endodontics, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!
