As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective interaction with customers. You will be the face of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting our products or services. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Follow safety and security guidelines to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Working Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Compensation: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
