The Inventory Clerk is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring that technicians have the necessary parts to complete jobs efficiently. This role involves maintaining proper inventory levels, processing vendor invoices, and assisting with administrative tasks to support fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely availability of parts for technicians to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support the Fleet Manager with administrative duties, including processing vendor invoices for parts and services.
- Monitor and evaluate department performance against assigned KPIs.
- Maintain high-quality service standards when assisting customers and identifying their needs.
- Follow safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience with automotive parts, such as in an auto parts store, dealership, or similar setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- If operating company vehicles, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
