Shift: 2nd Shift - 3PM-11:30PM
Salary: $22 per hour
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Operate and oversee the converting machine in the plastics industry
- Set up and adjust machinery according to product specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on produced materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing, with a focus on plastics
- Proficient in operating and maintaining converting machines
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills
