We are seeking a early career candidates for Manufacturing Engineer Associate role in Charlton Massachusetts in support of a custom fabrication manufacturer. This a temp to perm or direct hire opportunity depending upon the candidate and circumstances. This a first shift role with competitive pay and benefits.

- Modifying client designs as needed with details to support manufacturing
- Completing drawings to support sales efforts
- Process troubleshooting
- Managing inventory and part numbers
- Quality Inspection
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years' relevant work experience.
- Experience in design and detailing of structural welds a plus
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, CAD (SolidWorks) and familiarity with ERP systems
- Hands-on work ethic, sense of urgency and team player.
Compensation: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour
Salary : $25 - $27
