We are seeking a skilled Overnight Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring various machines to ensure efficient production processes. This role involves setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and performing regular quality checks to maintain product integrity. The Machine Operator will work closely with the production team to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines during the production process.
- Set up machines according to specifications and job orders.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule.

Working Hours: 3rd shift; 11:00pm - 7:00am
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
