We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production/General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on the production line, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work well within a team to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are consistently met.
- Strive to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Correctly operate and maintain machinery with care.
- Report any machinery issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to management.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Attend and participate in all safety and production trainings.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Working Hours: We have 3 shifts open!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
