A local industry leader known for its commitment to producing high-quality products currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring, counting, and ensuring accurate product quantities.
- Operate mixing equipment to combine raw materials according to specified recipes and production requirements.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the product through precise mixing techniques.
- Operate manufacturing machinery, following technical guidelines and maintaining equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Apply knowledge gained from previous manufacturing experience to enhance production efficiency.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients using scales and other measuring tools.
- Follow established procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs as part of routine job duties.
- Perform physical tasks related to production processes.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Experience in product mixing and weighing.
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Hours: 6AM-2:30PM Monday - Friday
