We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Food GMP Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food production processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. You will work closely with production teams to implement and maintain quality control measures, conduct inspections, and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities, equipment, and processes to identify any deviations from GMP requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and document quality control metrics, including product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with GMP regulations and customer requirements.
- Provide training and support to production staff on GMP principles, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, corrective action plans, and audit findings.
- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Food Science or related field
- years of QA experience
- Strong GMP knowledge
- Quality inspection experience
- Analytical skills
- Effective communication
- Detail-oriented
- Independent worker
- HACCP/SQF certification
- Billingual (English, Spanish)
Working Hours: 10:30PM-7:30AM
Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
