We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, following established procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Working Hours: 8am -4:30pm
Compensation: $17.25 per hour
